Mark Solari, BS
Owner, CFO
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Norwich University Military College of Vermont and has over 21 years combined experience in business management and finance.
Tammy Solari, MS, QMHP-A&C
Owner, CEO
Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Radford University and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice/Counselor Education from Radford University. Her career began in law enforcement in 1995. She accepted a Social Work position in Roanoke City investigating Adult Protective Services and Child Protective Services complaints for almost 5 years. Her passion for helping others continued as she accepted employment with the Virginia Department of Corrections as a Clinical Substance Abuse Social Worker in an all-male prison facility.
Tammy worked as an Intensive In-Home Counselor, Mental Health Supports Manager and was Lead Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor before she and her husband opened United Support Services in 2008. With over 23 years of experience in human services, counseling and mental health business management. Tammy is the owner and CEO of United Support Services serving residents in Roanoke, Bedford and surrounding locations. Tammy’s passion for helping others is the foundation of United Support Services. Helping clients maintain independence and stability in their homes, schools and communities is her mission and her company motto of “People Helping People” emphasizes the structure and goal of United Support Services.
Tammy has volunteered at Roanoke City Public Schools (HOSTS) Program, Disabled American Veterans, and is a proud supporter of the local chapters of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association and the Wounded Warrior Project. Tammy is a board member for the AWARE Foundation, Inc., 501 (c)(3), that educates communities on the dangers of predatory violence and provides advocacy and direction for the families and communities burdened by unspeakable tragedies of the missing, endangered and murdered. She is also a board member for Project Support 501 (c)(3), that supports, nurtures, and empowers the mental health population to secure a better quality of life by providing assistance with food, clothing, shelter and educational opportunities to obtain self-sufficiency and become a productive member of the community.
Tammy is a strong advocate for quality mental health services for children and families. She has worked diligently to improve mental health services, poverty, crime and substance abuse treatment to many cultures in the community she currently resides in and the community where she was raised and attended school.
Holly Martin, BS, QMHP-A&C

Holly earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Crisis Counseling from Liberty University. She has over 7 years experience in residential counseling, human services, and therapeutic day treatment counseling.
Andrea Lester, BS, CPC

Andrea earned a Bachelors Degree from Radford University and is a Certified Professional Coder. She has 19 years of experience in medical billing, provider contracting and credentialing and financial management.

Rick earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia with a specialization in research and clinical applications. He has over 20 years experience in human services. His work experience includes Group Home Management, Mental Health Supports Manager, Disease Intervention Specialist and Clinical Social Worker with the Virginia Department of Corrections. In addition, Rick has 4 + years experience in Therapeutic Day Treatment as a TDT and Lead Counselor and Intensive In-Home Counselor.
Erica Rodriguez, LMFT
Clinical Program Manager
Erica is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a degree from Central Connecticut State University. She has 6 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, relationship issues and developmental and life transitions. Erica has been providing intensive in-home therapy to families with children and adolescents who suffer from severe depression or anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicidality, transgenerational trauma and other mental health struggles. Erica went on to manage the program, supervising and guiding other clinicians and mental health counselors. Erica also devoted a portion of her time to seeing clients in private practice.
Erica is a compassionate clinician and has experience using therapeutic models such as Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, and Structural Therapy. Erica has a very client centered approach and prefers to co-create goals together using strengths and parts that a client already posses, rather than trying techniques that simply don’t fit every person. Erica believes in self care and acceptance as being the key to holistic, positive growth and change and is passionate about helping families, individuals and couples overcome life struggles and striving toward overall happiness.
